APPROACH
Over the past two decades I have had the opportunity to collaborate with incredible people, brands and movements helping share their stories through images. I bring a documentary approach to my work that puts the personality of the moment in the foreground. I’m attracted to bright and crisp colorful images that captures joyful moments and details. Being equally comfortable photographing people and spaces, I love working with creative and energetic partners to bring light to their vision and freeze a moment in time.
BACKGROUND
It all started in upstate New York, I was the muse of my mother's photography course at 2-years-old. She loved photography, so naturally I did, too. After college I was offered two jobs, one as a rafting guide, and the other as a photographer at a portrait studio— I often wonder what my life would look like today if I chose rafting.
After 20 years freelancing in NYC, I’ve now relocated to Fairfield County, CT with my husband Jonathan and two kids, Winnie and Jasper. We spend our warm weekends sailing on the Long Island Sound, and cold weekends skiing or playing in the snow.
I’m available for Portrait and Interior work in CT and Westchester.
